She let me know what documents I needed, what paperwork needed to be filed to be able to rent as a landlord, as well as making sure my property was move-in ready. What stuck out the most for me was the time and patience she showed. Bridgett was not receiving a huge commission on the rental property, but that did not matter. She provided me with the same service as if she were selling my property. She actually impressed me more than my original realtor who help me purchase my home. If ever I look to sell or buy property in the future, Brigitte will be my go to realtor.
